Soak meat in apple cider or apple juice over night. Discard liquid.
Open
the breast up and place sliced apples on meat. Roll up, wrap
with bacon and
tie up. Drizzle real maple syrup or honey over top, cover, bake
at 325 for
about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Check periodically, when the meat begins
to pull
apart it is done.
